Security: 24-hour CCTV surveillance in common areas
(Please note: There is no on-site security guard)
Swimming pool maintenance – once per week
Free access to Rawai Park
(Note: Special events and trampoline zones for children aged 4+ may incur additional charges)
(Rawai Park is closed on the last Monday of each month for deep cleaning, except on public holidays)
Pet-Friendly: Pets up to 15 kg are allowed
(Guests are fully responsible for their pets during the stay)

Payment Terms:
Security Deposit: 2 months’ rent (payable upon check-in)
